Every service is customized to you. Most include a complimentary 20 minute private salt cabin session.
Private events
Birthdays, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette events and team building, with complimentary use of the infrared sauna, salt cabin and PEMF grounding mat. Group meditation and crystal bowl sound healing can be added.
Massage enhancements
Choose complimentary enhancements to customize your massage. Extra add ons are $10 each.

The Sunlighten Solo pod lets you lay flat with your head outside, so you can stay longer. Full spectrum infrared with chromotherapy.
Gently warmed, Bluetooth enabled and fitted with color light therapy. For 1 to 2 people. Just breathe deeply.
Relax under a steam tent on the table with herbs you choose, plus magnesium and Himalayan salts.

Meet your therapist
I have been practicing the art of massage therapy for over 25 years, a passion I still have today. I have worked in luxurious spas and wellness facilities on both coasts of the United States, with corporate CEOs, artists, small business owners and stay at home moms.
I enjoy creating customized treatments that work on the physical muscles while relaxing the mind and nervous system. The results and relief last longer, and in many situations the pain is eliminated.
